How to Prepare and Apply JOINT-IT Simple:

1.Preparation:

•Clean all joints to a minimum depth of 25mm with a minimum width of 3mm. Ensure the area is free of dirt or debris.

•Pre-wet the paving area thoroughly before applying the product.

2.Application Steps:

•Pour Out: Open the tub and pour JOINT-IT directly onto the pre-wet area.

•Work In: Spread the mortar evenly using a squeegee or street broom. Ensure the product penetrates and compacts well into the joints.

•Add Water: Apply additional water sparingly as you work to help JOINT-IT flow and fill the joints effectively.

•Final Cleaning: Once the mortar is applied, use a fine hair broom to clean the surface, sweeping diagonally to avoid disturbing the joints or clogging nearby drains.

Important Notes:

•JOINT-IT starts to harden within 90 minutes at 20°C. Lower temperatures may extend the hardening time.

•Once the tub is opened, the contents must be used within 4 hours.

Coverage Details:

•Approximate coverage is 12.5 sq m per 20kg tub when using random paving sizes, depending on joint width and depth.
